She is not happy with the results on a lot of fronts, BTW. Those are some really oddball designs.

Her house has a bedroom with this strange vaulted section in the middle that is like two stories high for an additional window...

I have to agree. Her situation is odd, though, as her husband is ex-mil with disability income, she works remote (rarely needs to leave the place, like twice a year to fly in for meetings), and they couldn’t afford anywhere closer in (long story about how they scraped together money for their down payment). They also needed land due to their four dogs...

Surprisingly, most of Monroe is well into the 400k range now due to being relatively close to the east side and being “affordable” by local standards. She couldn’t even afford a run down place down here in Duvall...

Ah, the 2nd-gen XK. Superior to the 1st-gen in every conceivable way, but I just can’t make myself like how it looks (the facelift was a big improvement though)
